Terms of Service

1 Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

2 Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful, personal, educational purposes. You must not:

• Share your account, login credentials, or paid course access with others.
• Copy, record, redistribute, resell, or publicly share course content, videos, lab materials, or exam questions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, other accounts, or restricted areas (such as protected exams).
• Disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's operation or security.
• Upload malicious code or use the Platform to harm others.

3 Courses, Quizzes & Exams

• Course content is provided for training toward Cisco certifications (e.g. CCST Networking and CCST Cyber Security) and is for your individual learning.
• Quizzes, mock exams, and final exams must be completed honestly and individually. Cheating, sharing answers, or circumventing access controls may result in voided results and account termination.
• Some assessments (such as mock exams) may require an access code provided by the instructor.
• We may add, update, or remove courses and content at any time to keep material current.

4 Certificates

Certificates issued by the Platform recognise completion of QUICK CONNECT courses or assessments. They are not official Cisco certifications and do not replace exams administered by Cisco or its authorised testing partners. Certificates are issued to the earning student only and must not be altered or misrepresented.

5 Payments & Enrolment

• Some courses are free and others may require payment ("premium" courses).
• Prices and available courses are shown on the Platform and may change over time.
• Paid access is granted to a single account for personal use and is non-transferable.
• Refunds, where offered, are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us for any billing question.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including videos, text, lab guides, graphics, quizzes, the QUICK CONNECT name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Ahmed Hussein and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the content for your own learning. All other rights are reserved. "Cisco", "CCNA", "CCNP", "CCST" and related marks are trademarks of Cisco Systems, Inc.; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Cisco unless expressly stated.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, share content or credentials, attempt to bypass exam security, or misuse the Platform. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

8 Disclaimers

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that completing a course will guarantee passing any official Cisco exam. Your certification success depends on your own preparation and the official exam provider.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QUICK CONNECT and Ahmed Hussein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
